Frequently Asked Questions
1
How much does a session cost?
The cost for a session is $225. I am an in-network provider for most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If you have BCBS, I can check before we begin our work to make sure our sessions will be covered under your plan.
2
What if I have a different insurance?
I am happy to provide a financial document (a "superbill"), which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. This means that you pay the full session fee up front ($225), but you can later be paid part of the fee by your own insurance provider. Check with your insurance plan, as reimbursement can be affected by various deductibles.
3
How will sessions be conducted?
I am currently providing services through telehealth only. Before our appointment, you'll get a link to a virtual meeting room where we will conduct our appointment. This secure meeting space is compliant with national health privacy policies (HIPAA) and will not be recorded.

What can I expect from a first session?
The first time we meet is an opportunity to get to know each other and to discuss what you'd like from our work together. Prior to the session, I will send you some intake paperwork asking for more information about you, as well as copies of policies. We'll go over these forms together in our first session.
